Question 1

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

We dispatch orders within 1 business day. Orders under £7 ship Royal Mail 2nd Class (typically 2–3 working days). Orders £7 and over ship Tracked via Royal Mail (usually 1–3 working days). Free UK mainland shipping on everything.

Question 2

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 working days depending on destination.

Question 3

Do you offer gift notes?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can add a personal message at checkout and we'll include a hand-finished card.

Question 4

What's your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

For UK consumer orders, you can cancel without giving a reason from placing your order until 14 days after the day you receive it, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. You may inspect them as you would in a shop. You pay change-of-mind return postage. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods have separate rights, including an initial 30-day right to reject and rights after that. Email hello@bowyeahgifts.com. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

Question 5

Are your cards blank inside?

Accepted Answer

Most of our greeting cards are blank inside so you can write your own message. Product descriptions note any printed inside text.

Question 6

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Tracked orders (£7 and over) come with a Royal Mail tracking link in your dispatch email. 2nd Class orders aren't tracked — if it's been more than 5 working days, drop us a line.

Question 7

Can I cancel or change my order?

Accepted Answer

Email hello@bowyeahgifts.com as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel your order. We may be unable to amend or stop dispatch once processing has begun, but this does not remove your statutory right to cancel and return eligible goods under our Returns & Refunds policy.

Question 8

Do you offer wholesale?

Accepted Answer

Yes — for bulk or wholesale orders, get in touch via the contact page with what you're after and we'll come back with pricing.
